We are committed to making sure that you receive your fireworks order in a timely and safe manner. Here is our delivery policy for orders over £50.

1. Delivery Locations: We deliver locally in the Preston area to postcodes within 5 miles of PR2.

2. Delivery Rates: Delivery Rates are free for postcodes within 5 miles of PR2.

3. Order Processing Time: Once we receive your order, we will process it within 1-2 business days. During peak times, such as holidays or Bonfire night period, Chinese New Year and New year, it may take longer to process your order.

4. Delivery Time: We can usually deliver your order within 3 working days.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your fireworks purchase. However, due to safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of fireworks unless they are faulty or damaged. Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and contact us immediately if you have any issues.
